With the mission to form the bridge that connects prominent
Korean venture enterprises and overseas investors, e-Vent Korea will serve as
a vehicle that provides prospective opportunities for business development and
expansion. 20 to 30 Korean venture companies will participate and travel to the
local area abroad where they will make their presentations of business proposition
and investment prospects. Hanmi Asset (Singapore) regional office is taking an
active role to host such e-Vent within the Asian nations at the current moment,
and this scope will expand to other international areas such as North America
and Europe in the near future.
1. Characteristics:
| | - The potential Korean
venture participants are selected according to the interest level of the pertinent
local Venture Capitalists (business proposals and IR materials of potential participants
are delivered to the VCs prior to the e-Vent, hence the actual selection is conducted
following each VC¡¯s feedback). - The VCs are provided with sufficient amount
of time to perform comprehensive analysis of potential enterprises. - The
e-Vent program will progress on the basis of formulating actual investment negotiation.
- The program will be arranged for ¡°one-to-one¡± meeting between the investors
and Korean enterprises in order to achieve optimal outcome. |
